5:29 PM: Websites effected with the 503 errors are back up now.
Some of our clients are getting persistent 503 errors which may be causing website outages. We are aware of the issue and are working feverishly to resolve it. We will post an update as soon as this is resolved.
Cluster 5 database is currently down. While this will not effect the vast majority of our clients, if you happen to be on this database, your website will be down for the time being. Our system admins are working to restore it immediately.
We just wanted to remind everyone that there is a series of scheduled maintenance reboots going on through this week. If you have an apparent site down issue, please check that schedule (click here) to make sure you aren’t in one of the scheduled maintenance blocks.
The issues reported with our MySQL service on one server has been resolved. We are sorry for the inconvenience but everything is live again!
Hey everyone, we are having an issue with MySQL for a handful of accounts. This should be back up and running shortly. We’ll keep you updated.
We’ll be rolling out server updates that will require reboots. Total down-time for a site should be under 10 minutes. Customers will be effected by just ONE of the scheduled time blocks:

3:56PM – All systems back up and running. There was a network configuration problem, we now understand it, and we know how to prevent it in future. No data has been lost.
2:03PM – One of our servers is totally unresponsive right now, and we’re working on it getting it back up and running. We had to power down the node, and are trying to get it to boot back up. Keep in mind that all backups and restore points are still in place, and all data is still present.
